The Global WD+C Strategic Partnership function is enabling the WD+C Vision by actively changing the culture of strategic partnerships. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You'll be a change agent that redefines traditional partner models and operational structures to drive business results. You will enable the WD+C Geographies by:
  • Change the Culture of Partnerships - Drive Awareness, Advocacy and Behaviors that enable the Collaborative Partnership win/win value proposition to come to life
  • Foster Innovation - Develop & sustain a Global Innovation model framework (process and tools) that elevates the presence of Industry Best Practice and our Strategic Partners Expertise and Insight enabling the WD+C GEO Business Strategies
  • Facilitate Business Strategy Development - Supporting the GEO Functions, connected to the Industry and Community. Consultancy services to enable our Business Requirements to be translated into Business Strategy through the lens of the GEO's Capability and Delivery Models
  • Drive Seamless Integration - Develop and Sustain Global Workstream Systems for Relationship Management, Contract Management, Training & Development, and Innovation
  • Develop & Sustain Global Capability Model - Business Alignment and Activation Framework
  • Develop & Sustain Global Partner Delivery Model Strategies - Industry Alignment, Nike Alignment and Best Practice to enable Business Strategies and Success Criteria
  • Support the Global WD+C Roadmap for Activation & Delivery (Key Projects, Initiatives, Sourcing and Contracting)

If this is you, you'll be based with the global team located in Portland, Oregon as well as partnering with teams around the world.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Sr. Director of WD+C Global Strategic Partnerships. You will work closely with teammates throughout the WD+C Geographies, the Global Operations Leadership team, other members of the WD+C Senior Leadership Team, as well as a variety of other Nike partners.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • BA/BS in relevant field or combination of relevant education, 5 years additional experience, and training.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Eight to nine years of professional experience in areas such as Business Development, Business Planning, Global Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Negotiations, Contract Management, Finance, Corporate Strategy or related field.
  • Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize and operationalize shifts in strategy, laddering down to operational details.
  • Operational- and process-excellence experience with an approach of continuous improvement to identify and implement new insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams driving large scale change by collaborating and influencing in a highly-matrixed organization across a variety of internal and external partners.
  • Compelling, high-impact storyteller with the ability to effectively communicate in verbal, written and graphic forms.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
  • Knowledge of real estate portfolio management, design & construction, coordinated workplace services and workplace strategy strongly preferred.
  • Expert level skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, etc.
