Graphic Designer II

POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a Graphic Designer (II) to support high-volume, high-impact design needs across a range of marketing efforts for Dallas and Forth Worth offices. This role builds upon foundational design skills and requires experience producing both print and digital marketing collateral. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset to visual problem-solving and is comfortable engaging directly with brokers to shape compelling creative solutions that align with client and market goals. You will serve as a creative business partner to internal and external clients, delivering high-quality materials that reflect both the Stream brand and client goals. This position will report to the Strategic Marketing Director. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and produce sophisticated marketing collateral including innovative property branding and property marketing campaigns, local client or property events, offering memorandums, pitches, presentations, signage, and digital content. • Collaborate with brokers and marketing team members to understand project objectives and elevate the visual strategy of each assignment. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and attention to deadlines with a service excellence mindset. • Translate complex property and market data into visually clear, engaging deliverables. • Perform advanced photo retouching, floor plan edits, and occasional illustrative elements as needed. • Support junior designers and share best practices within the team. • Partner with local and national marketing teams to maintain consistency with Stream’s brand standards while applying creative flexibility for the market. • Contribute to visual assets for events, social campaigns, and corporate branding efforts. • Apply strategic thinking to design assignments, helping define the visual direction of pursuits, campaigns, and presentations. • Partner with brokers and leadership to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative outcomes. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. • 4–6+ years of professional design experience, preferably in commercial real estate, professional services, or agency environments. • A portfolio that demonstrates design sophistication, versatility, and strategic thinking. • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment; prior exposure to commercial real estate or professional services is strongly preferred. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. • Strong attention to detail, especially in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. • Ability to work efficiently, take direction, and collaborate in a team environment. • Experience preparing print-ready files and working with print vendors. • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • A customer-service mindset paired with a proactive, consultative approach to supporting internal stakeholders. • Familiarity with marketing automation and project management technology platforms. • Ability to connect design decisions to broader business goals, especially in high-visibility projects or time-sensitive pursuits.
