Job Summary
The Senior Graphic Designer is focused on developing and executing creative concepts and visual strategies that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectivesKey Responsibilities
•
Lead Creative Vision: Develop and execute creative concepts and visual strategies that align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and business goals
•
Project Leadership: Manage design projects from initial briefing and conceptualization through design, production, and final delivery, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
•
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different team managers and collaborate with inside and outside of the department to deliver high-impact visuals
•
Design & Production: Create a wide range of high-quality visual assets, including preparing and revising files for production, including but not limited to: Website graphics, landing pages, and digital advertising (banners, social media visuals)
•
Marketing collateral and print literature (catalogues, print ads, brochures, flyers, presentations, white papers, case studies)
•
Brand identity elements and guidelines
•
Trade show booth designs and graphics
•
Internal communications materials
•
Video storyboards and visual elements
•
Packaging design and updates
•
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual communications are consistent with the company's brand identity, guidelines, and tone of voiceExperience Required
•
5+ years of experience in a graphic design role, often with a focus on print and digital media.
•
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects across various mediums
•
Proven experience in overseeing design projects from conception to delivery. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and quality control.
•
Experience in leading creative teams, mentoring junior designers, and providing constructive feedback.
•
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, marketing teams, product managers, and executive leadership to understand needs, present concepts, and ensure broad alignment.
•
Experience in developing new visual concepts, updating and enforcing visual style guides, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
Preferred:
•
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communication, Marketing, or a related field. Some roles may prefer a Master's degree.
•
Expert-level Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite: Mastery of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential.Physical Demands
