Job Description
Summary:
Wilks Property Management is looking for someone to perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machinery and equipment continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate.
We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
This position will be on site at our facility located at: 1329 Markum Gate Way Fort Worth, TX 76126

Responsibilities:
- Operate vehicles and powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, chain saws, electric clippers and pruning saws.
- Gather and remove litter.
- Maintain and repair tools, equipment and structures.
- Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters or other grounds.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Proficiencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Sensitive to confidential information.
- Must be able to work independently and as a member of team.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with construction equipment (mower/tractor/skid steer) would be a bonus.
- Experience with sheet rock repair.
- Experience with painting, interior and exterior.
- Experience in metal, staining.
