Hours - Full Time: Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 4:00 PM (with occasional weekend projects)

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain the 190-acre site and 97 acres of manicured turf of Uline’s campus through comprehensive landscape management.

• Proficiently identify a variety of plants and their features.

Maintain general and technical knowledge of irrigation, pond, and prairie maintenance.

​Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Certificate / diploma in turf management preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in golf course management, landscaping and grounds maintenance.

• Ability to learn and increase knowledge of landscaping techniques and methods at Uline standards.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to lift / move up to 70 lbs.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
