About the Role We’re hiring a hungry, high-performing Sales Associate to join our capital-raising team. You’ll work closely with the Fund Manager and Head of Business Development to grow our AUM through RIAs, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional channels. This is a boots-on-the-ground role in West LA, ideal for someone with a strong understanding of equities and options—and an existing network of allocators. If you’re energized by performance-based incentives, relationship-building, and being part of a nimble team making big moves, this could be the perfect fit. What You’ll Do • Build and maintain relationships with family offices, RIAs, FOFs, and accredited investors • Actively prospect and qualify leads using HubSpot and other CRM tools • Represent the firm at events and investor meetings—owning the first impression • Partner with leadership to design and refine outbound sales strategy • Educate prospects on our fund’s strategies, particularly around equities and options • Track activity and pipeline metrics to drive accountability and momentum What We’re Looking For • 2–10 years of sales experience in hedge funds, asset management, or private funds • Strong knowledge of options, equities, and derivatives • Existing relationships with RIAs, family offices, and HNW investors • Proven ability to close and hit fundraising targets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly motivated, autonomous, and entrepreneurial • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot a plus), lead generation, and sales technology • Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Economics or related field Why Join Us • Performance-driven comp structure • Work directly with firm leadership and see your impact on growth • Tight-knit, collaborative West LA office • Parking, snacks, team lunches—and a fun, motivated culture Requirements • Must be based in Los Angeles • Must be able to work in person from our West LA office Job Type: Full-time Compensation Package: • Bonus opportunities • Commission pay Schedule: • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
