Purpose of Role: As a HR/Admin Data Systems Analyst, you will use advanced analytical tools and methodologies to transform, interpret, and analyze data from a variety of sources, including CDA systems, and other sources to support business operations and human resources-related projects. This position is responsible for the human resources information systems (HRIS) and human resources management system (HRMS) to ensure the smooth operation of HR software, data accuracy, and the support of HR processes. Who We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing data analysis and research activities to support programs, policies, and/or operational decision-making. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. • Highly skilled in data visualization using tools such as Power BI. Proficient in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VBA, and SQL. • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately calculate formulas and apply statistical methods. Demonstrated experience managing data-related projects and collaborating across teams and departments. • Ability to evaluate and apply appropriate methodologies, tools, and analytical techniques to solve complex problems and deliver data-driven insights. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to train and support others in the use of data tools and software. • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and composure. • Demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with privacy laws, regulations, and recordkeeping standards Summary of Responsibilities: • Lead human resource information systems (HRIS) implementation, upgrades, and data migration processes, including developing test plans and performing system testing. • Coordinate data analysis initiatives to track HRIS data accuracy, facilitating data-driven decision-making by senior leadership. • Implement process documentation practices, standardizing project templates and communication materials to ensure consistency. • Extract, clean, and validate data to construct or enhance existing data models; collaborate with business operations, human resources, internal departments, and management to provide data-driven insights and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Partner with business units, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot system issues, enhance functionality, and improve performance. • Monitor HRIS platforms for alignment; conduct regular quality control checks t to identify discrepancies and ensure all required data and documentation are maintained. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and minimize downtime or data loss during system transitions; communicate findings and technical requirements clearly to non-technical users. • Analyze and interpret data from CDA systems and other sources for trends and patterns to support business operations and human resources-related projects, presenting and explaining findings to the VP, Operations. • Collect and compile data from a variety of sources including the HRIS and payroll outputs, dashboards, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, external organization practices, and other sources. • Develop, maintain, and distribute dashboards, charts, and data visualizations that track human resources, business operations, and agency-wide metrics and initiatives using Excel and Power BI. • Provide technical assistance for projects that require data collection, transformation, visualization, or advanced analysis. • Serve as a subject matter resource for HR systems and tools, providing guidance and support to team members and end users. • Compare data and other reports for matching purposes and identify error trends, informing VP, Operations, HR & OD of any inaccuracies and/or omissions. • Monitor and manage system permissions and user access across human resources and operations platforms, ensuring data privacy and security compliance. • Create, edit, and store electronic forms using a variety of programs such as Adobe, and Word. • Assist in coordinating human resources and business operations project deliverables, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and company policies. • Maintain human resources and supervisory staff informed of system improvements and provide updates on functionality, issues, and general maintenance. • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to data collection and reporting methods to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes. • Contribute creative ideas to the development of proposals for new projects or for changes to existing projects. • Perform other duties as assigned in support of business operations, human resources and organizational-wide goals and objectives. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: • Attend on-site and off-site learning opportunities, workshops, conferences, staff meetings, and training sessions. • May be responsible for leading, coordinating and training special projects. Work Schedule:Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. However, may require evening and weekend hours based on the needs of the program.
