Human Directional for Apartment Community

Overview: Apartner is seeking enthusiastic individuals to serve as Human Directionals (Sign Spinners) for an apartment community! Key Responsibilities: • Actively engage with community members and visitors. • Direct traffic to the community. • Maintain a positive and festive demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere. • Hand out promotional materials, such as flyers or treats, to passersby, as requested by community. • Ensure safety and compliance with all community rules and regulations while on duty. Qualifications: • Must be enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing. • Previous experience in event promotion, customer service, or public interactions is a plus. • Comfortable working outdoors during various weather conditions. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
