The impact you will have in this role:

The Security Analytics Senior Associate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive reporting systems and business metrics that support the organization's decision-making process.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a suite of business reports and dashboards that provide insight into key data and metrics
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting purposes
  • Lead the design and implementation of reporting tools and platforms
  • Oversee the creation of automated reporting processes to enhance efficiency
  • Manage and mentor a team of reporting analysts
  • Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and dashboards
  • Analyze existing reports and processes for continuous improvement opportunities
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track organizational performance
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and reporting standards
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in reporting and analytics

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience


Talents Needed For Success:
  • Minimum 5 years in developing and managing reporting frameworks within CoE IT governance, with a focus on delivering accurate and insightful analytics to drive process improvement and decision-making
  • Poise, confidence, adaptability and effective influencing skills needed for interacting with DTCC leaders in challenging situations
  • Recent experience and demonstrated aptitude leveraging enterprise-grade analytics / reporting solutions
  • Demonstrated initiative and creativity in pioneering new approaches and ways of working
  • Effective interpersonal skills and with ability to operate among diverse cultures
  • Executing analysis using SQL, R / Python, or other statistical programming languages and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense). Prepare data, create new variables, and perform statistical testing
  • Working knowledge of various statistical modeling techniques and their application within complex analytical projects, e.g., regression modeling, ROI, portfolio attrition
