Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to plan coordinate and execute events aimed at promoting our certification programs and drive revenue. As an Event Manager you will be responsible for developing event strategies organizing promotional activities and managing all aspects of virtual event logistics. You will collaborate closely with internal teams partners and vendors to create impactful events that raise awareness of our certifications and certify clients and business partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute event strategies to promote certification programs and increase awareness among target audiences.
  • Plan and coordinate a variety of events including webinars workshops seminars conferences and virtual events.
  • Collaborate with advocacy teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns for events.
  • Manage event budgets timelines and logistics to ensure successful execution of events.
  • Coordinate event registration attendee communication and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of events through metrics such as attendance engagement and lead generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management and certification promotion.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Cloud domain.
  • Proven experience in event management preferably in the technology or certification industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan organize and execute multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams partners and vendors.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative event concepts and solutions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage event budgets timelines and logistics effectively.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools for registration ticketing and attendee management.
