Advises departments on Client implementation expectations and requirements to ensure full compliance with established standards and requirements.
Analyzes stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns related to implementation project deliverables, escalating any issues or concerns to management for immediate review and resolution.
Applies knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and migration techniques to produce data maps for client needs.
Assists implementation teams on project support tools to coordinate activities within client projects.
Builds skills amongst the client analyst teams through training that guides users through the implementation process.
Calculates metrics to determine response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Carries out a series of project coordination activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Communicates with client analysts on change readiness and potential resistance to change initiatives.
Contributes to the development of documentation and knowledge base resources to facilitate knowledge sharing across client implementation projects.Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior Relevant Work Experience
0-2 years
Essential Qualifications
Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
Certified Client Service Professional (CCSP) preferred.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $91,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
