Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech The Senior Manager, ACUVUE® Brand Marketing for ACUVUE® Contact Lenses, will lead our brand standards, campaign design, in-house creative and portfolio claims strategies. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in brand management, campaign design and deployment, and will play a crucial role in elevating brand equity and effectiveness across all channels. This position partners closely with consumer, media, customer, channel and brand teams in US Marketing, in addition to Global Strategic Marketing to shape the brand guidelines and portfolio claims strategy. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Consumer Marketing within the U.S. Marketing department. Responsibilities: Campaign Design: • Lead the strategic development and execution of high-impact ACUVUE® Masterbrand campaign across life stages to enhance brand equity, visibility and drive business growth. • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future initiatives. Brand Standards: • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand standards to ensure consistent messaging and visual representation across all platforms. • Manage in-house UX/UI creative team, budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve desired results. • Monitor brand compliance across various marketing teams and agencies to uphold brand integrity. Portfolio Messaging & Claims • Elevate and evolve new portfolio claims at or above benchmark in line with established claims process and accelerate as appropriate • Craft clear and compelling messaging effectively communicates the brand's value proposition. Partner with Consumer Marketing, Media, Customer & Channel Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Global Strategic Marketing & Brand Equity, legal and compliance counterparts. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards in all marketing activities. Other duties as required Qualifications • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. MBA is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing is required. Consumer marketing campaign experience is preferred. • Experience in Optical industry is preferred. • Ability to forge internal collaboration across all levels of the enterprise is required. • Strong influencing skills with internal and external partners is required.
