Your Role

As our Integrated Logistics Functional Manager, you will provide leadership and guidance to the Logistics and Warehousing organisation, and input in critical activities ensuring alignment to business objectives. You will also be responsible for:

Developing and executing strategies for current programs and new business opportunities

Lead the implementation of best practice processes, tools and professionalisation in conjunction with Programs

Provide guidance to NGA leadership team on end-to-end supply chain activities and integration with other functions

Contribute and deliver to the strategic objectives of NGA Programs, including prioritisation, risk management, and enterprise implementation.

Seek and maintain constructive relationships with key customers, suppliers, partners and colleagues at a senior level

About You

As a key member of the Northrop Grumman Australia Senior Leadership team, you will bring significant experience in strategic leadership across large portfolios. You will also have:

Broad exposure to logistics and warehousing strategies andprocedures, including broad exposure to the application of Integrated Logistics Support, ideally in an aircraft sustainment environment

Exposure to other supply chain disciplines such asprocurement and supplier contracting would be well regarded

A strong understanding of Sovereign Defence Capability and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

Strong financial and analytical skills and experience.

Experience within Defence Industry and Through Life Support environments.

Industry leading Customer interfacing and negotiation skills.

Exceptional leadership skill and experience
