TheMac Haik Automotive Group (MHAG)has been involved in the automobile industry since 1980. The Mac Haik Automotive Group has grown to include numerous dealerships throughout Texas and Mississippi and continues to receive prestigious awards such as the Ford Triple Crown Award.Mac Haik Automotive Group is the largest independent automotive group in the state of Texas. TheInternal Controls Analystis responsible for processing custom reports and compiling reports into consolidated report structure or dashboard. This role will require the ability to meet with business users and translate business requirements to technical specifications. The Internal Controls Analyst will also be responsible for performing ad hoc data analysis projects. Roles and Responsibilities: • Pull & reconcile reports across various platforms CDK, Qlik, SSRS, Excel • Define and manage ad hoc analysis projects • Ability to massage report data (pivots, lookups, light macros) • Summarize results of analysis projects and key findings to Corporate Controller & CFO • Collaborate with Controllers and follow-up with store Managers • Monitor data quality to ensure accuracy of reports • Analyze data for exceptions Qualifications: • Preferred bachelor's degree in management information systems, analytics, or related field • 2-3 years of experience building reports and supporting queries • Proficient in reporting across various platforms (CDK, SSRS, Excel) • Experience with relational databases • Familiar with visualization applications (Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau) • Experience working with large data files • Experience building and presenting analysis findings • Strong communications skills • Problem-solver • Accepts responsibility for quality of work and continuous improvement • Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical personnel • Willingness to learn and test new tools and approaches to accelerate data analysis In addition to career-long personal development, our team members enjoy a number of benefits, including: • Full health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, pet insurance) • 401k Retirement savings plan with company match • Up to 3 weeks PTO • Employee perks and discounts We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination / harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
