Job Description
TheMac Haik Automotive Group (MHAG)has been involved in the automobile industry since 1980. TheInternal Controls Analystis responsible for processing custom reports and compiling reports into consolidated report structure or dashboard. This role will require the ability to meet with business users and translate business requirements to technical specifications. The Internal Controls Analyst will also be responsible for performing ad hoc data analysis projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Pull & reconcile reports across various platforms CDK, Qlik, SSRS, Excel
• Define and manage ad hoc analysis projects
• Ability to massage report data (pivots, lookups, light macros)
• Summarize results of analysis projects and key findings to Corporate Controller & CFO
• Collaborate with Controllers and follow-up with store Managers
• Monitor data quality to ensure accuracy of reports
• Analyze data for exceptions
Qualifications:
• Preferred bachelor's degree in management information systems, analytics, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience building reports and supporting queries
• Proficient in reporting across various platforms (CDK, SSRS, Excel)
• Experience with relational databases
• Familiar with visualization applications (Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Experience working with large data files
• Experience building and presenting analysis findings
• Strong communications skills
• Problem-solver
• Accepts responsibility for quality of work and continuous improvement
• Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical personnel
• Willingness to learn and test new tools and approaches to accelerate data analysis

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
