Internist- Carlisle

WellSpan Medical Group (WMG) is seeking a full-time Internist for their Carlisle practice in suburban/rural Cumberland County. Individual must be a graduate of an accredited school of medicine with Doctor of Medicine degree plus completion of a medical residency training program in Internal Medicine. He or she must also be Board Certified/Board Eligible.  

Position Highlights:

• Join a collegial team within an outpatient primary care setting
  • 5 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers
  • Long-term staff with low turnover
• Great hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Practice is a Top 10 Recommended Practice via Press-Ganey survey
• Providers Quality numbers are consistently above the medical group goal
• Patient population: mix of young, middle-aged adults and seniors
• WellSpan now utilizes DAX – Dragon Ambient experience. DAX is an artificial intelligence scribe that ambiently listens to the patient visit and generates a clinical note into the EPIC EHR for the provider
