We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive individual with a basic understanding of marketing and employer branding. However, what's most important is a readiness to learn and grow in this role on a daily basis. Please note that the prospective candidate must hold a student status until at least April 2025.

• With a clear focus on employer branding you'll be working with multichannel marketing and communications
• Organize online, in-person meetups, manage EPAM's participation in tech conferences and other events
• Work closely with CEE employer branding team, local management, People Teams and Talent Acquisition team
• Provide copywriting and local language translation for marketing content
• Support HR events and CSR activities
• Act as a local brand ambassador, take care of branding and corporate identity

• Experience in marketing and social media communications
• Creativity and a good sense of style, outstanding communication skills both in Croatian and in English
• It's a plus if you have hands-on experience with the creation of digital design, visual, design materials creation
• Nice to have an understanding of the IT-industry and can turn a set of technical terms into a melody of words
