Job Description
We are looking for a talented Lead JavaScript Developer with a specialization in React to join our new team in the Consumer Packaged Goods domain. This role will involve leading the initial product validation phase and transitioning into MVP development and beyond in a dynamic and innovative environment.
The role goes beyond technical expertise, requiring a lead who values communication and can nurture and drive a team toward achieving innovative solutions in a new product landscape.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of 3 to 4 front-end developers
- Conduct comprehensive technology research, analyze findings, and deliver optimized solutions tailored for the project
- Assume the role of front-end architect, providing technical leadership, direction, and project estimations
- Facilitate seamless collaboration within a large team of 10 to 15 cross-disciplinary experts
- Drive the integration of new solutions with legacy systems
- Analyze existing solutions and, in partnership with the Solution Architect and Business Analyst, map out and estimate migration strategies

- 5+ years of experience in software development with a significant focus on front-end technologies
- Extensive experience and proven leadership in JavaScript and React development (1+ years)
- Proven communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on efficiency and optimization
- Experience in conducting and applying tech research to real-world solutions
- A strong foundation in system integration challenges and resolutions
