Responsibilities • Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, piping, and fixtures. • Provide expert recommendations and educate customers on service options. • Troubleshoot and resolve tankless water heater issues and other plumbing concerns. • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers at all times. • Keep accurate records of work performed using a tablet or smartphone. • Adhere to company safety standards and industry best practices. • Participate in sales promotions and contests to maximize earning potential. • Mentor and train junior technicians as needed. Experience • 4+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred (we'll teach you our way!) • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. • Comfortable using technology (tablets, smartphones) for job tracking and reporting. • Tankless water heater experience is a plus. • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred. • Well-groomed, professional appearance required. • All candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
