Lead SharePoint Developer

EPAM, the world's leading software engineering consultancy and a Microsoft Partner of the Year for 2024, is hiring in Malta.
We're looking for a strong and experienced Lead SharePoint Developer with a solid background with .NET to onboard to an enterprise-sized client in the commodities industry in a hybrid work setup.
The developer will be in charge of creating internal solutions that will be integrated into the intranet used to share information with all group entities within this large conglomerate.
Join and learn from a dynamic, dedicated client team in a nice international context. Work on a dedicated intranet project for one of our biggest strategic clients, using SharePoint as the main platform development. This role would join a development team of 5 consultants.

• Understand processes, capture requirements from business users if need
• Analyse and identify problems and drive improvements and innovation
• Design solutions and deliver in Agile environment
• Provide 2nd line support for business users for all the group entities
• Provide estimations and participate in all scrum meetings

• Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience with SharePoint, C# & .NET
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML & CSS
• Background in developing medium-load large-scale business-critical applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and competency in debugging
• Capability to work in a fast-pace collaborative environment

• Projects which have involved using SharePoint Framework (SPFx, JQuery, ReactJS)
• Scripting with PowerShell
• Functional UI/UX design processes
• Unit Testing
