Lead Software Engineer: Verisium Debug R&D

Cadence Design Systems Inc. is looking for a Lead Software Engineer: Verisium Debug R&D to work in the Verisium Debug Team in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Job Description:

• Develop world leading verification solutions used by top tier hardware design and consumer electronics companies.
• Work closely with our customers and leading academic researchers to rapidly grow our technology, framework, and solutions.
• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining features at Cadence's Verisium Debug tool.
• Collaborate with developers and product experts to write software requirement specifications.
• Implement and test code features.
• Investigate and fix bugs.
• Optimize code performance for speed and scalability.
• Mentor and help develop less experienced colleagues.

Requirements:

• Complete bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with one or more object-oriented programming languages like: C++, Java, Python.
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
