What You Will Do: As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer. You will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries – keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternative • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed • Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships.
