Job Description
The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at ActiveCampaign supports the execution, optimization, and reporting of the end-to-end lifecycle program. This includes email design and copywriting, automation building, and reporting. This is a key role on the Lifecycle Marketing team, supporting various lifecycle initiatives. This role will embrace iteration and evolution as lifecycle marketing is an ever-changing, essential part of the customer experience.Â
What your day could consist of:
- Support Lifecycle Marketing Managers in execution, optimization, and reporting of the end-to-end lifecycle program
- Write email copy, build lifecycle automations, optimize, and measure results
- Ideate opportunities to move customers through the various lifecycle stagesÂ
- Implement email nurture a/b tests and campaignsÂ
- Monitor and report on email nurture results, uncover insights, and highlight areas of opportunity
- Support Lifecycle Marketing Managers to drive prospect to paid customer conversion, product adoption, and customer retention
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and closed-loop reporting
What is needed:
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations
- Familiarity with ActiveCampaign’s automation (or similar marketing automation software like Eloqua, Marketo or Hubspot), email campaigns, and CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)
- Experience working with 3rd party analytics tools ideally Looker and Google Analytics
- Self-starter who can execute in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-scaling global SaaS company is preferred
