What You’ll Do: ●Knock on doors in key neighborhoods to generate painting leads. ●Strategically place yard signs and drop flyers around active job sites. ●Identify and map out high-value zones in the territory to dominate. ●Post in local Facebook and Nextdoor groups to build brand visibility. ●Run weekly marketing campaigns (door-to-door outreach, referral programs, community events). ●Track your leads in our CRM and follow up consistently to schedule estimates. ●As you grow:You’ll have the option to recruit and coach canvassers to expand your reach. What We Provide: ●Compensation:$20/hour base pay + $25 per qualified estimate booked.
