Currently, we're looking for our next Logistics Specialist to join our growing EMEA Logistics & Fulfillment team at Cytiva's site in Bornem, Belgium. As a Logistics Specialist at Cytiva, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of goods to our customers globally. What you’ll do

• Be responsible for all logistics transactions from Belgium to end customers.
• Manage shipments to internal and external customers - ensuring that our Customers received their orders on time and in full.
• Follow up on deviations due to delivery, quality or cost and work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate issues and ensure delivery.
• Function as an active stakeholder in the relationship with external forwarders.
• Function as an interface between internal customer service and warehouse operations.
• Support global and/or local projects as SME in logistics.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, or supply chain management or at least 3 years of work life experience within logistics or similar.
• Experience working with Oracle or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral, is required. Fluency in Dutch or Flemish is desired.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience working with dangerous goods is an advantage.
