This role involvesplanning, coordinating, and managing marketing eventssuch as trade shows and industry conferences to generate high-quality leads for the sales team. The associate will also create promotional materials, develop localized marketing content inJapanese and English, and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute field marketing events and trade shows. • Develop and manage event marketing strategies for lead generation. • Create promotional materials and messaging tailored to event audiences. • Manage event logistics and post-event analysis for optimization. • Maintain CRM with event-generated leads and support sales handover. • Assist inlocalized marketing effortsin both English and Japanese.Qualifications: • 2+ years of experiencein B2B marketing, field marketing, or lead generation, ideally inSaaS or manufacturing. • Fluency in Japanese and English(business level). • Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • CRM and marketing automation tool experience (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.Preferred: • Passion forfast-growing startupsand executing impactful marketing campaigns. • Existing relationships and experience in themanufacturing industry.Benefits: • 100% employer-coveredhealth, dental, and vision insurance. • Stock options and 401k planwith a 4% company match. • 15 PTO days, 5 sick days, and 10 holidaysannually. • Company lunches, events, and professional development opportunities.
