Description Safdie Rabines Architects is seeking a full-timeMarketing / Graphic Design Professional.This position will work under the Marketing Director to implement marketing strategies that elevate the firm’s visibility and support the pursuit of new architectural projects. Our firm is growing and we are seeking someone for who is either at, or ready to step into, a mid-level role to support a variety of marketing and business development assignments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in marketing for professional services or B2B industries. Experience within the AEC industry is preferred but not required. We are seeking someone who is organized, accountable, and offers a proactive mindset toward a wide range of marketing and business development activities. While each day can present different activities, many of this role’s core responsibilities include: • Support the Marketing Director and leadership in pursuing architectural projects for the firm. • Graphic design to create project proposals, presentations, brochures, graphs, charts, and similar. • Maintain and update company website using WordPress (no coding required, instruction will be provided). • Use of our catalog of professional photography to select the best imagery when producing marketing and business development materials. • Social media, including developing content themes, content creation (captions and visuals), posting/scheduling, monitoring for engagement, measuring analytics, etc. • Copywriting for marketing projects such as company announcements for our website’s News page, project descriptions, award nominations, team member bios, and proposals. Writing projects may require two-step approach to (1) uncover and comprehend key information, and (2) create a succinct piece of writing that leads with key information and flows well. • Maintain a working knowledge of the company, firm culture and brand, and our portfolio of projects and clients; and consistently apply this in the creation of on-brand marketing materials. • Continually update and maintain resources and asset systems including project documentation, project profiles, and image libraries. • Attend and actively participate in marketing meetings. Job Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields is encouraged • 4+ years prior work experience, preferably in A/E/C or related industries • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop) • Strong eye for a clean, professional design aesthetic and cohesive branding across all marketing materials • Excellent written communication • Creative and critical thinking skills • Able to prioritize, be proactive, and pay attention to details while multitasking About Safdie Rabines Architects: Safdie Rabines Architects (SRA) is a full-service architecture, interiors and urban design firm established in 1993.
