Description
This is a part-time position with about 20 hours of work available per week. This position is NOT remote and in-person collaboration is desired.
Job Summary:
As a Marketing Intern at The Helper Bees, you will support and collaborate with the Marketing team and other company stakeholders to develop various marketing and communication materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong desire to gain hands-on experience in copywriting and design.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, images, and layouts for marketing collateral, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
  • Support the development and execution of social media campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Create visually appealing and shareable content for various social media platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating design elements on the company website.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts using relevant analytics tools.


Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • General knowledge of SEO.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other relevant platforms (Canva).

Education and Experience:

  • Ability to remain at your designated workstation for the duration of the workday.
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • The ability to observe details at close range (typically on a computer screen).
  • This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the United States. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a designated work environment conducive to professional phone calls and sensitive data.
