VaynerSpeakers is looking for a Marketing Operations & Data Analyst to take our digital marketing efforts to the next level. If you’re a data-driven problem solver who loves uncovering insights, building smart systems, and using AI to amplify content, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Build & Optimize Digital Operations – Develop and refine processes for our website, blog, SEO, paid ads and email marketing to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Leverage AI for Growth – Implement AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, from automation to content optimization.
• Turn Data into Action – Analyze marketing and sales data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Bridge Sales & Marketing – Connect the dots between our marketing efforts and revenue goals, ensuring data-driven decision-making across teams.
• Drive Revenue Growth – Propose innovative solutions and ideas to expand our reach and increase revenue through digital marketing.
