Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist will help drive and optimize the development and execution of channel strategies and manage channel engagement. This role involves developing and implementing marketing programs, events, and promotions tailored to specific segments and channel types. It also includes providing support to channel partners and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The Marketing Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market execution and channel engagement. Duties and Responsibilities: Marketing Coordination: • Save and manage all marketing assets in a central repository and promote marketing initiatives across the Sy-Klone team. • Design and implement targeted marketing automation campaigns across the buyer journey—awareness, consideration, purchase, and loyalty—using data to inform creative, messaging, and timing. • Plan, execute, and optimize lead nurturing programs using targeted content and automated workflows. • Manage lead nurturing campaigns in HubSpot and refine lead scoring models to support sales and marketing objectives. • Implement personalization, targeting, and dynamic content strategies to improve customer experience. • Configure forms and handlers in HubSpot to ensure effective data capture and Salesforce CRM integration. • Collaborate with agency vendors on email design and landing page content optimization. • Ensure timely, high-quality campaign implementation, testing, and quality assurance in HubSpot. Event Coordination: • Execute trade show and event strategies that support business goals and enhance brand awareness. • Plan and manage logistics for trade shows, conferences, and events—including booth selection, contracts, travel, design, and shipping. • Manage the development of marketing materials for events, including signage, displays, promotional items, and giveaways. • Ensure event execution complies with regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols. • Analyze post-event metrics (e.g., lead generation, engagement) to measure success and identify improvement opportunities. • Maintain a master calendar of events and communicate deadlines and deliverables to stakeholders. • Serve as the main point of contact during events and oversee setup, execution, and teardown to ensure smooth operations. • Manage and mentor event staff and volunteers, fostering collaboration and high performance. Partner Enablement, Channel Support, and Resource Management: • Assist in developing strategies and initiatives to support channel partners with training materials, sales tools, and resources. • Support channel partners’ marketing and sales effectiveness through comprehensive support programs. • Help organize product launches, distributor events, and roadshows, ensuring effective coordination with channel partners and sales. • Implement strategies that build brand equity and increase awareness and positive perception of Sy-Klone products among channel partners. • Manage the assigned marketing budget in line with the commercial and financial plan and within compliance guidelines. Required Skills: • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for internal and external coordination. • Ability to analyze marketing data and use insights to optimize campaigns and strategies. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in execution. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or channel support roles. • Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools. • Familiarity with B2B marketing, channel sales support, and event planning. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • At times may need to work in an Industrial warehouse environment with varying work levels and uneven surface areas. • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs when necessary. • Normal auditory, visual acuity including depth perception and peripheral vision, ambulatory ability and dexterity.
