Job Description

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. • Lead pre-construction efforts including permitting, bidding, and subcontractor selection. • Direct on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum. • Prepare and present regular project updates, forecasts, and risk assessments to senior leadership. • Monitor project budgets and schedules, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with contract terms, local regulations, and company standards. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants. • 5+ years of experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects. • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. • OSHA certification or other safety training a plus.
