Job Description

Everbridge: a fast-growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is actively seeking a Nurse or Paramedic to be based in Hungary. This is a remote/home-based position that can be based anywhere in Hungary. 
 
As part of our team, you will provide medical support on a rotating basis. We are seeking a registered and practicing healthcare professional with at least four years of post-graduate experience as a nurse or paramedic.
 
The ideal candidate for this position is currently in a similar role and who is passionate about delivering high-quality medical support and is committed to working collaboratively with our team. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

What you'll do:

  • Provide medical support
  • Conduct initial medical assessments, provide medical advice and plan and implement treatment as required
  • Conduct telemedicine appointments and mental health assessments
  • Contribute to ongoing assistance projects in a corporate environment and engage in professional development activities
  • Actively participate in service improvement projects and audits


What you'll bring:

  • Registered and practicing healthcare professional (Nurse or Paramedics) (Essential)
  • Minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience in relevant profession (Essential)
  • Broad experience of managing medical, surgical, and mental health conditions (Essential)
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills (Essential)
  • Good IT skills (Essential)
  • Background in critical care or emergency medicine (Desirable)
  • Postgraduate qualification in travel health, occupational health, public health, or global health (Desirable)
  • Experience of working in the humanitarian sector (Desirable)
  • Experience in aviation medicine (Desirable)
