Outreach Specialist

SocialPilot is seeking a talented Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to building impactful SaaS products in the Martech space that resonate with our customers. You will work within a highly collaborative environment alongside cross-functional teams, including UX and UI designers, product managers, engineers, customer success managers, and marketing managers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our creative process and innovation.

This role is full-time, Ahmedabad

What you will do

• Craft personalized and engaging outreach emails, in-mails, and messages to partners, influencers, and prospects.
• Design creative strategies to maximize the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
• Utilize tools and platforms to research, identify, and verify email addresses and contact details of prospects.
• Build strong relationships with partners and influencers through effective communication and negotiation.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze outreach campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine outreach strategies.

What are you like

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ Years experience in outreach or a similar role in a SaaS B2B environment.
• Proven track record of successful outreach campaigns.
• A creative thinker who can come up with innovative ideas for outreach campaigns.
• Proficient in using email research tools and familiar with CRM and outreach automation platforms.
• Skilled negotiator with a knack for building relationships and closing deals.
• Organized and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimize performance.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes initiative.
• Passionate about creating meaningful connections and driving business growth.
