About the Role

Particle Health is looking for an experienced President & Chief Operations Officer to join our quickly growing team. This individual should have deep experience operating companies during rapid growth phases and a successful record of exits.  

The President & COO will have direct report accountability over Product, Engineering, Operations, and potentially People and/or Finance. 

Areas of Responsibility
  • Supervising all company operations
  • Development and execution of the company’s priorities 
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Revenue and Finance to ensure alignment and execution of key objectives 
  • Preparing and presenting reports to the Chief Executive Officer & Board
  • Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Finance Team on all matters related to the business
  • Supporting employee reviews and developing corrective action plans if needed
  • Developing and implementing strategies, procedures and business plans needed to enhance company growth
  • Working with the executive team to set company OKRs and performance goals
  • Owning budget and resource allocation

QualificationsRequired
  • 7+ years of experience in CFO, COO, CEO or other relevant executive role 
  • Experience growing companies from Series B to exit 
  • Experience working with and building financial operations, managing budget, developing and leading execution of strategy
  • Experience working closely with the CEO, C-Suite and Board
  • Understanding of API driven businesses
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in healthcare technology, ideally with data and developer tools
  • Experience working with and selling API driven business solutions 
  • Experience working within the regulatory environment of healthcare data (HIPAA, Information Blocking, TEFCA, Meaningful Use/Promoting Interoperability)
