Principal Consultant - Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) Implementations- Business Consulting

Infosys Consulting's Oil & Gas Practice is seeking an experienced Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) Implementations Consultant.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to lead projects for Commodity Trading or Risk Management or Logistics for Oil, Gas and Power implementations
  • Have client discussions regarding implementation of ION products such as Endur, Rightangle, Allegro, TriplePoint and impact of best practices
  • Able to review the existing end-to-end trade lifecycle processes and provide recommendations on process improvements
  • Provide inputs on optimizing the product configuration, customization and integration needs
  • Able to assess data, both master and transactional, and create a data cleansing, migration and archival strategy
  • Provide advisory services on design, implementation and deployment of custom and be-spoke CTRM solutions
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Trading, Risk Management and Logisticstools (including third party) and emerging trends
  • Work across multiple levels and multi-cultural teams
  • Maintain highly effective communication with client senior management
  • Respond to RFX from client and prospects and manage the sales process

Basic (Required) Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
  • Experience in the trading, risk and logistics value chain
  • At least 10 years of industry work experience with 4 years of experience in comparable consulting services
  • Worked on at least two end to end implementation program of an ETRM product - Endur, Allegro, RightAngle, Commodity XL, Eka Solutions, etc.
  • Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in managerial capacity on Commodity Trading, Risk and Logistics business areain large enterprise environments
  • Should have worked in Front, Middle or Back Office functions with specialty in any of the following: Trading (paper, physical), Risk (Market, Credit, Operational, Compliance, etc.), Logistics (Pipeline, Vessel, Nomination through Demurrage, etc.) or Settlements (AR/AP Process, Invoice Management, etc.)
  • Experience in working with senior business stakeholders in designing solution options
  • Should have managed at least three large engagements in the related business area
  • Should have worked on at least one project which had an application of Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Machine Learning, Blockchain or Predictive Analytics
  • Understanding of and/or experience on common industry products such as OpenLink Endur, Openlink RightAngle, TriplePoint CXL, Allegro, etc. and their implementation challenges and risks
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
  • Ability to interact at all levels of clients' organizations.
  • Proven track record in program/ project management
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and to build strong relationships with clients
