Collaborate with Business and Technology Stakeholders to architect and deploy storage solutions that align with organizational requirements, strategic objectives, and budgetary constraints.
Monitor technological advancements and latest industry trends to influence company standards. Recommends and implement improvements to enhance storage efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure ongoing enhancement and maintenance of storage solutions through rigorous product management practices. This involves delivering strategic recommendations for investing in new technologies or decommissioning obsolete storage systems.
Serves as the Subject Matter Expert in storage performance, ensuring storage systems operate at peak efficiency to enhance customer experience.

Ensure that storage solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and enforce storage policies and best practices.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate storage solutions with various systems and applications. Deliver technical support and guidance to address and resolve storage-related issues.
Lead and manage storage-related projects, for initial planning through to implementation and review.
Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate reports on storage performance, capacity, and utilization for management review.
Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

8+ years of extensive experience in storage engineering with a strong background in designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting storage systems.
5+ years of experience in managing storage-related projects, including planning, execution, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
5+ years of experience in analyzing and optimizing storge performance to resolve technical issues.
3+ years of experience in VMware and vROPS
2+ years of experience in Windows, Linux, and AIX operating systems.
2+ years of experience in cloud storage.
