We are a Durable Product Team (DPT) in Finance Technology (FinTech) seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about Agile and Value delivery. This is a new role presenting a unique opportunity to evolve a well-established set of products for the future needs of our business partners in Billing & Receivables and Treasury.

- We operate within a family of DPTs who are organized around a set of products and capabilities and use Agile methodologies to prioritize work.
- We partner with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Business Sponsors to focus on the right outcomes and to define and drive forward the strategic roadmap for their respective technology domain including Corporate Accounting, GWx, FP&A, and ESM. There are many opportunities to grow and expand your acumen of Finance products and processes regardless of previous Finance experience.
Our team owns Revport, ASC, Trovata products, and Oracle Cash Management and Accounts Receivable modules. We are accountable for:
- Enabling flexible, Rules-Based Fee Calculations and Invoice Distribution
- Ensuring that billing is accurate and timely
- Supporting key Treasury Products and Banking updates
- Key inputs to Financial Statements/SOX Compliance
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Evaluate our products, processes, and approaches for new and value-added opportunity to positively impact our business partners.
- Shape Finance Product Roadmaps for our suite of products.
- Influence vendors' roadmap and strategy.
- Align your passion for our clients using Agile and Product Management skills.
- Coordinate product decisions with stakeholders in Finance and across the complex.
- Develop a data governance strategy and partner with Data Team to document key data quality metrics.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Leads digital product management activities for multiple digital products, or one strategic product.
2. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
3. Coaches digital product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
4. Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
5. Leads the planning, development and implementation of new digital products. Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
6. Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
7. Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
8. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
