About the Role

You're applying to become a member of the APAC CommOps - Strategy, Innovation and Enablement (SIE) under the Business Planning team. SIE provides thought leadership to APAC CommOps, and enable realisation of long-term vision through strategic clarity, innovation, efficient planning, and execution excellence.

Your Impact in Role:

As part of APAC SIE Business Planning, you'll be doing one of the following:

• Business Planning: Complete end-to-end forecasting process for CommOps to be used in day-to-day operations and long-term strategic outlook
• Operational Efficiency: Identify strategic cost reduction/ optimization opportunities based on financial data and work with cross-functional leads to communicate those opportunities
• Headcount Management: Manage and track APAC COE & management headcount
• Special Projects: Manage special cost-saving projects like R&A and Country Cost narratives, enabling leadership to make trade-off decisions

The Experience You'll Bring:

Data expertise:

• Google Suite applications: Expertise in Google Suite applications (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) for collaboration and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills: Including the ability to organize and interpret data effectively to inform decision-making.

Problem Solving and Critical Thinking:

• Logical and Analytical: Strong analytical reasoning and the ability to assess complex problems with clear, actionable solutions.
• RCA: Proficiency in root cause analysis and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success.

Narrative Building and Storytelling

• Narrative Building: Proficiency in crafting compelling narratives to communicate key insights and outcomes effectively.

Stakeholder Management:

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

SQL Knowledge optional but preferred: Knowledge of SQL for querying databases (bonus for advanced SQL capabilities such as optimization and scripting).

Finance, Economics, or Management Background preferred:

• Model Building: Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, including proficiency in financial modeling.
• Dashboards: Experience creating and managing operational dashboards and KPIs.
