Responsibilities

• Be a part of recruitment process for a variety of IT roles across the organization
• Partner with hiring managers to define requisites, and develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies
• Use your expertise to identify, attract, and evaluate top IT talents
• Enhance candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
• Stay abreast with the latest in technology and recruitment trends

Requirements

• A Singapore PR or Citizen with 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Experienced in consulting or similar fast-paced, technology-driven environments
• A proactive go-getter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative team setting but can also drive efforts autonomously
• An analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities
