Responsabilità previste dal ruolo:

• Presidia la banchina e il conto deposito;
• Coordina gli addetti spedizioni e il personale di cooperativa nelle attività giornaliere;
• Controlla giornalmente il planning spedizioni con cut off previsti con il cliente;
• Organizza il reparto in termini di turnazioni, gestione ferie, straordinari;
• Coordina ed eventualmente subentra/rileva il flusso informazioni tra ufficio spedizioni e operativi del sito;
• Supervisiona e si occupa di migliorare le attività e i flussi di picking e di carico;
• Supervisiona dal punto di vista safety, quality & security;
• Partecipa all'esito positivo di eventuali audit previsti;
• Monitora i livelli di servizio giornalieri;
• Svolge la propria attività nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/08) e delle procedure di sicurezza intesa come tutela del patrimonio aziendale.

Requisiti richiesti:

• Diploma di maturità;
• Buona conoscenza di Ms Excel e Ms Outlook;
• Preferibile conoscenza di AS400;
• Soft skill: gestione delle priorità - gestione del tempo - gestione di team;
• Esperienza pregressa nella gestione del personale;
• Preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta);
• Provenienza dal settore logistico.
