Job Description:
As aRetail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing outstanding customer service. You’ll engage with customers, identify their needs, and help them find the perfect products to suit their lifestyle. Whether you’re explaining product features, assisting with transactions, or working with the latest technology on a tablet, this role will require you to be knowledgeable, friendly, and proactive.
We are looking for candidates who are tech-savvy, comfortable working with a tablet, and eager to promote and sell a variety of products. If you’re someone who enjoys working with customers, achieving sales goals, and making a real impact, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage Customers:Approach customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Identify their needs, answer questions, and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Promote Products:Actively promote and sell a variety of products, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Customer Service Excellence:Deliver top-notch customer service by resolving inquiries, assisting with returns, and ensuring customers leave satisfied with their purchases.
• Use Technology:Operate a tablet to complete sales transactions, look up product information, and check stock availability.
• Achieve Sales Goals:Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals. Your commission-based earnings will be tied to your sales performance.
• Product Knowledge:Stay updated on the latest products, services, and promotions to effectively educate customers and drive sales.
• Maintain Store Appearance:Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
• Must be located in Nashville, TN, or willing to relocate.
• Comfortable using technologysuch as tablets, POS systems, and digital tools for sales transactions.
• Strong communication skillswith the ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
• Sales-focused mindsetwith a desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Customer service orientationand the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as part of the full-time schedule.
• Prior retail or sales experienceis a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
