Now, we’re looking for aSales Operations Managerto join our growing team and help drive revenue by building a high-performance sales infrastructure. This person will be responsible for optimizing our CRM systems, managing the full sales pipeline, overseeing sales team staffing and schedules, and improving sales processes across B2B and B2C channels. You'll help unlock new opportunities by ensuring our teams work smarter, not harder—and that no lead or opportunity falls through the cracks. Your Role in the 7th Avenue Experience As Sales Operations Manager, you’ll act as thestrategic and operational backbone of the sales team, ensuring pipeline health, optimized staffing, efficient schedules, and Salesforce excellence. You'll build, refine, and optimize the sales ecosystem to drive clarity, accountability, and results. You’ll report directly to senior leadership and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external staffing partners to align our growth goals with process-driven execution. How You’ll Make an Impact Own CRM, Lead Management & Pipeline Health • Ensure Salesforce is fully optimized for lead management, pipeline tracking, reporting, and sales enablement • Lead CRM hygiene initiatives—no duplicate leads, stale records, or missing data • Build lead scoring, assignment, and follow-up processes to drive conversion and accountability • Manage the full lead lifecycle from marketing-sourced to sales-qualified to closed-won • Develop dashboards and reporting that give sales leadership real-time pipeline visibility • Ensure we are “squeezing” all pipelines—no opportunity left untapped Optimize Scheduling, Staffing & 3rd-Party Agency Management • Build and maintain the sales team’s staffing plan and weekly schedule to match business needs • Partner with 3rd-party staffing agencies to ensure adequate temporary staffing coverage for peak periods or coverage gaps • Forecast staffing needs based on sales activity, lead volume, and market trends • Monitor and adjust schedules and staffing assignments in real-time to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency • Ensure all team members (internal and 3rd-party) are aligned with sales goals, processes, and expectations Be the Process Improvement Engine • Identify friction points across the sales process and propose scalable solutions • Serve as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Operations • Document and roll out best practices, SOPs, and training for new tools or processes Drive Sales Enablement & Tools Adoption • Ensure sales reps are equipped with the tools, data, and resources to sell effectively • Own Salesforce integrations and enhancements to support lead gen and outbound efforts • Manage tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot (if applicable), Notion, Slack, and any sales enablement platforms What You Bring to the Team • 4+ years of Sales Operations experience, with at least 2+ years managing CRM systems in a fast-paced sales environment • Salesforce expertise required—certifications or advanced admin experience preferred • Experience in B2B sales ops, ideally in a growth-stage or retail/e-commerce environment • Strong experience instaffing, scheduling, and managing 3rd-party agency partnerships • Proven track record of building and optimizing sales processes that drive measurable results • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities—comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and continuous improvement • Experience supporting both outbound sales teams and inbound pipeline management • Familiarity with lead scoring, marketing-sales alignment, and customer lifecycle management • Knowledge of sales enablement best practices a plus Why You’ll Love Working with Us • Competitive Pay– Includes potential for annual performance bonuses • Full Benefits Package– Medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) • Growth & Autonomy– Build the future of our sales org and leave your mark • Dynamic Culture– Fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven team We’re an equal opportunity employer and welcome individuals who are passionate about sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
