We work on a diverse range of business verticals including games, automotive, retail, manufacturing, and entertainment.

As a Senior 3D Artist, you will collaborate with our Design and Engineering teams to support the creation of compelling 3D experiences. You will be participating in crafting the solutions of tomorrow, today.

What you’ll be doing

• Work with Creative Directors, Supervisors, Leads, and Compositing team to ensure all elements reach the desired look for delivery.
• Create and design detailed 3D elements for complex environment scenes, look develop assets, animation files and FX elements.
• Work closely with Engineering, Technical Artists and fellow artists to craft rich experiences for our Users and Clients.
• Ability to identify problematic shots and sequences that may affect delivery schedules and communicate concerns to Production, Leads and Supervisors.
• Oversee projects through from concept to completion with a high level of detail while maintaining shot quotas set by production and leads.

What we’re looking for

• High proficiency of a major 3D software such as Unity, Maya, 3DS Max, Z-Brush, and Substance Painter.
• Excellent high-res and low-poly modeling skills, texture and shader creation within a PBR pipeline as well as demonstrable skill with sculpting.
• Experience in VFX and Gaming and a solid understanding of Maya and Nuke
• Proven ability for optimized real-time 3D modeling
• Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance; active Secret or higher

You might also have

• Professional experience prepping & delivering assets in Unity or other 3D engines
• Familiar with an organic modeling package/workflow such as Ziva, Zbrush, 3DCoat, Mudbox
• Strong technical competence and subject matter knowledge in the area of Defense, Simulation, and Training

Additional information

Gross base salary (USD): $124,700.00 - $168,800.00*

*Note: Certain locations require a good faith disclosure of the base salary range for the role. The actual salary for the successful candidate may differ based on location, experience, and other job-related factors.
