Assists in creating and maintaining premium intelligent practice oriented and analytical information and news products and tools for tax, legal, accounting and other specialized professionals through research, analysis, editing and/or original writing, and collaboration with technology.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Senior Analyst II - Global Trade Content you will:

  • Conduct complex regulatory research and interpretation across multiple countries
  • Improve and automate regulatory tracking and update processes
  • Lead training, standardization efforts, and process development for tariff maintenance
  • Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance and fostering skill development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create solutions and contribute strategic insights
  • Develop and implement strategies for data sourcing and partnership establishment
  • Optimize documentation processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead product enhancement efforts, including bug resolutions and ADO testing
  • Manage large-scale, cross-office projects and provide strategic direction
  • Evaluate, refine, and report on project management processes and outcomes

About You

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in international Trade, Business, or a related field.
  • Possesses exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, excelling in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting trade data at a strategic level.
  • Demonstrates expertise in statistical analysis, data visualization, and using software tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and databases.
  • Problem-Solving Excellence: Consistently identifies and resolves complex issues, guides others in problem-solving, and implements innovative solutions across offices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Leadership and Growth: Demonstrates strong leadership in project management, mentorship, and talent development, while actively seeking personal growth opportunities and setting standards for professional development across the organization.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Leads initiatives to enhance customer experience, exceeds expectations, and autonomously drives improvement initiatives, coordinating changes across departments to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Performance and Accountability: Excels in managing complex workloads, consistently delivering high-quality work on time, and serves as a role model for accuracy and accountability, coaching others to achieve similar levels of precision and ownership.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Masters team dynamics and communication, effectively conveying complex information to diverse audiences, driving collaboration across functions, and mentoring others in effective practices that align with and advance organizational objectives.
