We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).
The Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) will be responsible for coordinating efforts to obtain federal agency, Administration for Children and Families (ACF), compliance for the Child Welfare IT system currently being implemented. The Sr. BA will collaborate with the system integrator vendor, State leadership and PMO leadership to facilitate this certification by providing the evidence and documentation to show the system meets the stated federal Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) requirements. Working under the direction of the Functional Manager and QA/Test lead, this role will also assist in UAT activities (i.e. writing and executing test cases/user stories).
Job Responsibilities Include:• Support the State and PMO Managers in Agency business activities for compliance tracking and monitoring of the new CCWIS system • Support the State and PMO Managers in reporting and communications of federal compliance activities• Assist with the development of process flows and documenting any identified deficiencies in existing processes• Document project status, conducting meetings and make presentations• Leverage knowledge of State policy and apply it when appropriate• Attend JAD sessions and various technical related meetings to learn functionality to be incorporated into the new system.• Review formal project deliverables submitted by the DDI vendor• Assist with test case/user story creation and execution and other UAT activities
Basic Qualifications:• Undergraduate degree or related experience • Minimum 6+ years' experience collaborating with clients and DDI vendors in the course of large-scale system implementations• Up to 25% Travel to Little Rock, AR may be required• Advanced knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)• Experience translating between non-technical business users and technical IT resources
Preferred Skills:• Experience in system certification activities for federal partners (ACF, CMS, FNS) to certify new system implementations• Experience completing self-assessments associated with certification or compliance for federal agencies during system development• Knowledge of federal mandates state agencies must follow to receive federal funding• Experience writing and executing test cases/user stories• Experience with Child Welfare systems and operations is a plus
For Colorado Candidates
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $84,000 - 115,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
