Senior Design Engineer for Imagine project

Senior Design Engineer (S/W) responsibility

- Leading technical topic in S/W Project
1. Technical discussion for HMI
2. Technical activity of Cyber Security. (IEC62443, California Law, etc...)
3. Design S/W specification as product. (UI/UX, internal specification)
4. Hand over product specification to Industrialization by tool. (Symphony)

- Manage development phase with Project Design Leader
1. Manage & mitigate the technical risks by anticipating specific resources & skills.
2. Set up schedule from Design to Test with Project Design Leader and Test Leader.
3. Manage schedule flexibly according to situation. (Development progress, Quality issue, impact on Industrialization)
4. Propose Design Solutions taking into account the cross-functional requirements (schedule, cost, technical risks)

- Join technical collaboration with partner and another Project (H/W Project)
1. Technical communication with partner company. (schedule, specification, technical process)
2. Technical discussion with another project, especially Embedded Device project.
3. Interface between S/W development and H/W development. (UI/UX, H/W constrain, API)

Qualifications

Senior Design Engineer (S/W) Skills & competencies

- Technical skills, knowledge
1. Development SW, SW for embedded device is preferred. (C++, C#, WPF, LUA, Jenkins, DevOps)
2. Knowledge of development environment is preferred.(Visual Studio, GitHub, Azure)
3. Knowledge of RTOS or Linux, experience of development is recommended.
4. Experience or Knowledge of HMI.

- Project management
1. Experience of development process based on OCP.
2. Flexible management for Development schedule.

- Soft skills
1. English for technical discussion.
2. Able to communicate in concise and synthetic manner complex technical issues/topics
3. Able to make decisions in complex context based on imperfect/missing conditions
4. Curious and eager to get the global vision of all the topics in charge
5. For the best collaboration, being positive, proactive and passionate is required

- The others
1. (should) Experience of AI technology. (Deep Learning, Python, Tensorflow+Keras)
2. (should) Design skill based on Design pattern or robust architecture.
3. (should) Experience of Agile development process
4. (should) Cyber Security assessment of IEC62443-4-2
5. (should) experience of working with an external company
6. (should) Experience of Symphony or PIM tool
7. (should) Experience of SE internal certification process for server system.
8. (should) Knowledge of communication Protocol. (Modbus, REST API, MQTT, OPCUA, FTP, etc...)
