Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a Senior HSE Engineer for our Minneapolis, MN location.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Ensure compliance
- Integrate HS&E into Honeywell's Operating System
- External agency interaction
- Complete and submit reports
- Implements HSE&F standards
- Provide technical assistance
- Site compliance reviews
- Advocates HOS behaviors
- Effective coach and role model
- Deploys safety initiatives
- Measures key HSEF metrics
- Ensures compliance standards
- Strong project management skills
- Interface with contractors and facilitate contractor safety
- Up to 33% travel
- Other duties as required

U.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain government security clearance
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 5+ years of relevant HSE experience
- U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance
WE VALUE:

- Relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental Technician experience
- Ability to work well in team environments
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Fosters teamwork and collaboration
- Significant experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Strong presentation/training skills
- HSE Engineering experience preferred
