Senior Intel Recruiter

Geo Owl is seeking a Senior Intelligence Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience in the defense sector. This full-time role focuses on identifying and recruiting top talent for senior intelligence positions, supporting defense-related operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of military and defense intelligence needs, contributing to the success of our recruiting efforts and the growth of our GEOINT services.

Requested Qualifications:

Requirements

• 5+ years of military leadership experience, preferably with exposure to GEOINT or defense-related operations.
• Strong understanding of defense contract acquisition and government operations.
• Ability to translate military experience into private sector solutions.
• Familiarity with GEOINT services and related technology.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Military experience.
• Proven success in defense contract proposal preparation.
• Experience working with DoD or other defense contracting agencies.
