What You’ll Do:

The Senior Manager, Brand and Communications will act as the day-to-day lead on all external content marketing for adMarketplace, focusing on PR, social, and managing content distribution. The Senior Manager, Brand and Communications will be responsible for activating the content strategy across adMarketplace’s owned channels including social media. They will be expected to:

  • Build content proposals including distribution channel recommendations around our brand’s core themes and KPIs
  • Manage deadlines and approvals as well as create consistent reporting
  • Partner closely with the rest of the Marketing team on branding, content, creative/design, events, and swag. 
  • Support recruitment efforts by highlighting our culture, values, and people
  • Coordinate with Sales to identify sales-driven content opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Product to identify innovation and measurement-driven content opportunities
  • Interface with the Finance team to communicate budgets and manage approvals
  • Own relationships with industry publications
  • Create and manage paid social campaigns focused on driving qualified leads and accessing key Sales prospects. This will include reporting out learnings
  • Own all talking points and external communications for all events both internal and external
  • Act as the day-to-day lead in sourcing a partner PR agency

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in B2B marketing, delivering successful, innovative campaigns and managing multiple stakeholders to drive results, ideally at a global brand, media business or social platform
  • Advanced in-depth knowledge of best practices in SEO & SEM, Marketing Automation, PR, Digital Marketing, content creation, social media
  • Proven experience leading a marketing team
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment

*Compensation Range: $95,000 - $140,000

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
