Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for the USA SHADE and VPS brands. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing integrated marketing plans that drive lead generation, elevate brand presence, and support sales growth. This is a key leadership position based in our Dallas, TX office, working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, digital, and creative.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and budget for USA SHADE and VPS
• Translate business objectives into data-driven marketing plans that drive demand and brand preference
• Lead the creation of go-to-market plans for new products, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
Campaign Development & Execution
• Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, trade shows, email, content, print, and PR
• Partner with internal creative, digital, and PR teams, as well as outside agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on brand
• Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to support B2B sales efforts
Performance & Analytics
• Track KPIs including lead volume, ROAS, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead
• Use data and insights to continually optimize campaign performance and channel mix
• Report marketing performance to brand leadership and commercial teams
Collaboration & Leadership
• Serve as the marketing lead and brand steward for USA SHADE and VPS within the larger PlayPower organization
• Partner with product management on messaging, market positioning, and new product launches
• Collaborate with sales to support lead nurturing, sales enablement, and customer acquisition
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus)
• 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in building products, construction, or manufacturing industries
• Proven track record of developing and executing demand generation and brand marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing automation, CRM, and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics, Wrike)
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership abilities
• Experience managing agency partners and a marketing budget
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for results

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
