Based on experience and education, new hires in this position are expected to start between $17.30-$18.05 an hour.

CVS Health has a few exciting new opportunities to be a part of our Mail Order Pharmacy team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Shipping Handler, you will be responsible for the shipping and packing of prescription orders in accordance with standard operating procedures. You will be cross-trained on other functions (e.g. cold packing, single bagging, control room and bulk packing) within the facility and your efforts will affect the lives of thousands of patients who rely on these critical specialty medications to be delivered from our pharmacy.

In order to be successful in this role you must be able to stand for 90% of your shift, Push/Reach/ Twist/ Turn/ Bend/ Stood/ Walk and lift up to 40 lbs. During your time at CVS as a Shipping and Dispensing Handler you will be exposed to multiple job functions. This will give you the chance to apply for future promotional opportunities and advance in your career.

This is an onsite 2nd shift position. The schedule is: Sunday shift 2pm to 12:30am and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 3:00pm to 1:25Am

Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk and lift up to 40 pounds.

-Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- You will be required to work mandatory overtime/ extended work week when necessary to the business.
- Travel when needed (minimal).

Preferred Qualifications
- Warehouse Experience.
- Experience working on SAP systems.
- Experience working in a Mail Order Pharmacy.

Education

- Verifiable high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$16.00 - $28.84This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
